WooCommerce ↔ PrestaShop Sync
WordPress plugin that syncs orders, statuses, tracking and stock between WooCommerce and PrestaShop.
- Problem
- A shop sells on WooCommerce but runs its stock, logistics and ERP on PrestaShop. Copying orders and stock by hand between the two was slow and error-prone.
- Built
- A two-way gateway: paid orders go to PrestaShop automatically, and statuses, tracking numbers and stock come back to WooCommerce.
Orders, from WooCommerce to PrestaShop
As soon as an order is paid on WooCommerce, the plugin:
- finds or creates the customer in PrestaShop by email
- creates the billing and delivery addresses
- matches products by reference (WooCommerce SKU to PrestaShop reference)
- creates the cart and the order, and saves the PrestaShop order ID back on the WooCommerce order
Statuses and tracking, from PrestaShop to WooCommerce
The plugin checks open orders on a schedule. When PrestaShop marks one as in preparation or shipped, WooCommerce updates too, picks up the tracking number and carrier, and emails the customer.
Stock
Stock syncs on a schedule, twice a day by default, with a configurable ratio between the two shops. There is also a button to run it immediately, with a report.
Admin
A settings tab with a live connection test, and a box on every WooCommerce order showing its link status with a button to resend.
